למשל, פרקינסון, השמנת-יתר, עיוות גופני וכו' - אולי *באמת* מסתכלים על אדם ברגע שהוא נכנס לחדר, כי יש בו משהו בולט.
ישנו גם מופע קל יותר של האבחנה הזו - *Performance Only* (תת-סוג - Specifier) - שייחודית למצבים בפני קהל, ונפוצה בהרבה.
## אטיולוגיה
