- Remove Obsidian sync conflict files (no longer needed)
- Add new course material: כבוד (Ethics - Dignity & Respect)
- Add new course: סינית (Chinese Philosophy)

Repository cleaned from 27GB to 1.4GB by removing:
- Video files from git history
- .he directory duplicates
- Large old binary file versions
